Expanding the Library
New doctrine on leadership, communication, change, military leadership, parenting, and more.
One week ago, I introduced Intrenion Doctrine as another experiment.
Since then, I’ve spent most of my time creating new doctrine cards and audio discussions, listening to them myself, and trying to understand what works and what doesn’t.
One observation has stood out. Not all books translate equally well into doctrine. Some popular business books contain one strong idea repeated in different ways. Others contain many small observations, practices, and recommendations that naturally fit the doctrine format. Building the library is therefore not only about adding more content. It is also about learning which kinds of ideas are worth preserving and revisiting.
Another change is that the library has started to expand beyond GenAI. The first doctrine topics focused heavily on practical AI use and organizational adoption. Over the past week, I added doctrine on communication, leadership, organizational change, strategy, marketing, military leadership, and parenting. The experiment is gradually becoming less about a specific topic and more about finding useful ideas wherever they arise.

As always, thanks for following along. I’m still learning where this experiment leads and what kinds of doctrine people find most useful.
