Introducing Intrenion Doctrine
Useful ideas in a format you can revisit when you need them.
It’s been quiet here for a few weeks.
If you’ve followed my work for a while, you’ll know that I tend to experiment a lot. Most experiments don’t last. Some evolve into something useful. Intrenion Doctrine is the latest one.
Intrenion Doctrine is a collection of doctrine cards and audio discussions designed to make useful ideas easier to consume, remember, and apply.
Some topics are built from books. Others are original doctrine based on observations, experiments, and practical experience. The goal is simple: preserve useful ideas in a format people can revisit when they need them.
This newsletter is also changing. It will now share updates on new doctrine cards, audio discussions, original doctrine, and related developments.
Several original doctrine topics are already available.
Everyday ChatGPT Practices focuses on practical ways individuals can integrate ChatGPT into daily work and build useful habits around it.
Leading Organizational GenAI Adoption focuses on helping organizations move from isolated experimentation to widespread adoption.
Working With GenAI explores practical methods for using generative AI in everyday work.
Transfer explores how useful practices spread across organizations rather than remaining isolated to individual users.
These topics reflect much of what I’ve been working on recently. Future doctrine will continue to address AI, as well as leadership, organizations, decision-making, communication, adaptation, and professional development.
Thanks for following along. We’ll see where this experiment goes.
